A much too common story

Most businesses are started by technicians who know how to do something and want to start doing it on their own. Most are ill prepared for this new entrepreneurial task. The first and most important hurdle is the inability to achieve constant and predictable growth. The second most important hurdle is the inability to handle growth when it comes. These two major hurdles are closely related to each other.
